Zone Face Lift is a facial treatment that the award-winning Ziggie Bergman developed. The results are so astounding that it has been said in the press and magazines to be a creditable alternative to Botox. Some people also find that it can eliminate the need for Botox and offers a more natural alternative to dermal fillers.
Zone Face Lift is set apart from other similar treatments, as it uses not only traditional reflexology techniques but also ancient healing techniques, facial massage, specialist facial tools and natural facial skin care products. With this treatment, I can help remove ten years of ageing over a 12-week program which lifts the face, brightens and revitalises your skin.

Only products with natural ingredients, free from parabens and not tested on animals are used in my treatments.

Treatment Consultation
Your first treatment will last 60 minutes hands-on and includes a full consultation. During this consultation, I will discuss any health issues and medications you are taking, as well as answer any skin concern questions you have.
Important Note: Have you received Botox or Facial Fillers recently? You must wait three weeks before facial treatments, including Zone Face Lift. Also, if you have undergone Facelift surgery, you must wait three months after the operation or six months if there are any complications/infections.
What happens during a treatment?
Following the consultation, I will invite you into the treatment room and make you comfortable on a heated massage couch with a soft, cosy blanket. Zone Face Lift can be performed over clothing.
Once you are settled and comfortable, I will open the treatment with a Native American smudging ritual. I use white sage, which the native Indians believe can dispel negative energy and boost positive energy. This ancient tradition helps me put you in a relaxed and positive mood. Alternatively, I use a Zone Face Lift Magical Mist Aura spray, which has similar mood benefits and is made from organic rose petals and sweet grass.
I use a hot towel after cleansing your face with a cleanser which opens the pores. A mist of toner is then applied, which smells divine. and then Neals Yard orange flower facial oil is applied. The products I use help to nourish your skin, reduce fine lines, and help you look more radiant.
Once oil is applied to your face, the treatment can begin. I start with a range of facial massage techniques and gentle pressure is applied to different areas on your face. The techniques I use you will find incredibly relaxing.
Next, I use a combination of Japanese facelift massage and special tools – Quartz mushrooms, rollers and a Gua Sha. Using these tools and techniques, I will sculpt and smooth your skin.
I complete the treatment with some deep breathing and a scalp massage to help bring you back to the real world.
After the treatment, you will have time to relax with a chilled glass of water. During this time, I will answer any questions you have, and then show you some simple techniques you can use at home to enhance your results further.

One single treatment lasts 60 minutes and will brighten and revitalise your face. This treatment would make a perfect treat for yourself, a wonderful gift for a friend or loved one, or a boost for a special event. However, for best results, a course of treatment is recommended.
